A free 15 minute phone call to discuss your health concerns, ask any questions or just connect with the real person behind this business to see if we will be a good fit. Contact us to arrange a time.

Initial consultation
Our time to discuss your goals and concerns, health history and conduct any assessments that may be relevant. This is a safe and confidential space that is all about you and your journey. These consultations can take up to 60 minutes for adults and 45 minutes for children.

Follow-up consultation
We review your progress towards your health goals, discuss any new symptoms or concerns and celebrate success. Frequency of follow-ups depend on your health concern and intensity of your wellness plan. Changes may be made to your prescriptions to accommodate progress

Acute consultation
Flu season getting you and the kids down? 0r maybe there is a lot going on and you need some extra temporary support. An acute consultation can address one concern that is temporary in nature.
