Inital consultation
Your first consultation is a gentle, unhurried space for us to get to know each other and understand your health story in depth. We’ll explore your current concerns, your medical history, lifestyle, nutrition, environment, and anything else that may be shaping your wellbeing. We’ll also discuss your goals — what you hope to feel, change, or achieve — so we can move in a direction that genuinely matters to you.
If we’re working with a child, I take extra care to help them feel relaxed and included, using age-appropriate questions and a calm, friendly approach.
Together, we’ll identify the underlying factors contributing to your symptoms and begin to map out a personalised plan. This may include nutrition guidance, herbal medicine, lifestyle suggestions, and simple shifts to support the body’s natural healing processes. If appropriate, we can also talk about any functional testing that may offer deeper insight and help guide your care more precisely.
I always explain the “why” behind each recommendation, so everything feels clear, achievable, and grounded.
By the end of your initial appointment, you’ll leave with a sense of direction, support, and a plan that’s realistic for you and your family — never overwhelming or restrictive.
Follow-up consultations
Follow-up appointments give us a chance to review your progress, address any new concerns, and fine-tune your personalised plan. We’ll discuss how your body is responding to nutrition, lifestyle changes, herbal medicine, or other recommendations, and make adjustments to support your goals.
If any functional testing has been done, we’ll review the results together and use them to guide the next steps in your care. These appointments are collaborative, practical, and designed to help you stay on track without feeling overwhelmed.
Follow-ups are also an opportunity to answer questions, explore new strategies, and celebrate the small wins that make a big difference in your wellbeing journey.
