My approach to health is grounded in understanding how different systems in the body interact — including digestion, stress, sleep, hormones, immunity, lifestyle, and emotional wellbeing.
Rather than viewing symptoms in isolation, I focus on the bigger picture and what may be contributing to how you’re feeling. Many people experience overlapping symptoms that don’t always have a clear explanation at first, and my role is to help bring clarity to that complexity.
At The Chamomile Clinic, I combine traditional herbal medicine with modern health understanding to support a clearer sense of what is happening in the body.
From there, care is individualised and practical. This may include herbal medicine, nutrition, and simple lifestyle support, tailored to your situation, your symptoms, and your current capacity.
The focus is always on creating understanding first — because when things make more sense, it becomes easier to know what actually needs attention.
Inital consultation
Your first consultation is a calm, unhurried space for us to get a clear understanding of your health story.
We’ll talk through your current concerns, health history, lifestyle, nutrition, environment, and anything else that may be contributing to your symptoms. We’ll also explore your goals — what you’re hoping to feel, change, or better understand.
If we’re working with a child, I take a gentle, age-appropriate approach to help them feel comfortable and included.
From there, we begin to identify patterns and contributing factors, and map out a personalised plan. This may include herbal medicine, nutrition, lifestyle support, and simple, practical changes to support your body.
If appropriate, we can also discuss functional testing to help provide additional insight.
I always take time to explain the reasoning behind recommendations, so you feel clear about what we’re doing and why.
By the end of your appointment, you’ll leave with direction, clarity, and a realistic plan that feels manageable and tailored to you.
Follow-up consultations
Follow-up appointments give us a chance to review your progress, address any new concerns, and refine your personalised plan.
We’ll look at how your body is responding to nutrition, lifestyle changes, herbal medicine, or other recommendations, and make adjustments to support your goals as things evolve.
If functional testing has been completed, we’ll go through the results together and use them to guide next steps in your care.
These sessions are collaborative and practical, helping you stay on track without feeling overwhelmed or like you’re doing everything at once.
They’re also a space to answer questions, explore new strategies, and acknowledge the small but meaningful changes that often build over time.
The wellness plan
Your wellness plan will be available after for initial consultation and may be updated after follow up consultations. This is individual plan is specific for you based on your health history, capacity and goals. Recommendations are designed to work together and could involve the following;
