A free 15 minute phone call to discuss your health concerns, ask any questions or just connect with the real person behind this business to see if we will be a good fit. Contact me to arrange a time.

Initial consultation

This is where we start to piece things together.

We’ll go through your main concerns, health history, and the day-to-day things that often get missed—like sleep, digestion, food, stress, and environment.

After your consult, you’ll receive a personalised plan which may include:

  • simple nutrition and lifestyle support

  • herbal or supplement recommendations (if needed)

  • gentle, practical steps to start with

If further testing might be helpful, we can talk through that too—but only if it feels necessary.

$160 (75 minutes in duration)

 

Follow-up consultation

These are really about support and fine-tuning.

We’ll check in on how things are going, what’s shifted (or hasn’t), and adjust your plan so it continues to work for you.

Follow-up Consultation (30 minutes): $60 

Extended Follow-up (45 minutes): $80

Foundations package

Healing often takes more than one appointment—and that's completely normal.

If you'd like ongoing support and a clear treatment plan, my support package includes:

• Initial consultation • Two follow-up consultations

This package provides continuity of care while saving money compared with booking each appointment individually.

Package price: $270

  • Sessions can be in the clinic based in Hikurangi or via Zoom video link.
  • Disability Allowance: Some families may be eligible for financial support towards consultation costs through WINZ. Please contact me if you'd like more information to support an application.
  • Consultation fees do no include the cost of any recommended products, services or tests. These will be discussed and quoted for you separately in your wellness plan
  • I understand cost can be a big barrier to accessing our services, please contact us to discuss your options 
  • Discounts may be available for treating more than one family member at a time.
