Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy 

I understand that family life can be unpredictable, and sometimes appointments need to change. I appreciate as much notice as possible if you can no longer attend.

 

Changing or cancelling an appointment

Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

- More than 48 hours' notice: No cancellation fee applies.

- Less than 48 hours' notice: A cancellation fee of up to the full consultation fee may apply.

- Missed appointments: A fee of up to the full consultation fee may apply if you do not attend and have not contacted me.

 

I understand that unexpected illness, family emergencies and other circumstances can arise. I will consider these situations on a case-by-case basis and may waive a cancellation fee where appropriate.

 

If I need to reschedule

Occasionally, I may need to change an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, I will contact you as soon as possible to arrange another suitable time.

 

Payment

Consultation fees and any applicable cancellation fees will be communicated clearly. Any cancellation fee will be fair and reasonable in the circumstances.
