Your privacy
At The Chamomile Clinic, I understand that the information you share about your health is personal. I am committed to treating your information with care, respect and confidentiality.

I will use your information for the purposes explained to you, or another purpose permitted by law.
How your information is stored
I maintain electronic client records using Zanda, an online practice management system used to manage appointments and clinical information. I may also use email and other digital tools to communicate with you and prepare or deliver relevant documents.
Some information may be stored or processed outside New Zealand, depending on the services used. I take reasonable steps to ensure that information is handled securely and that any overseas storage or disclosure meets applicable privacy requirements.
I take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse, unauthorised access or disclosure. This includes taking care with access to electronic records and keeping client information confidential.

Records are kept securely and disposed of appropriately when they are no longer required to be retained.
